As an accomplished professional in the IT industry, Fred Conover has spent more than two decades honing his skills in white glove executive desktop support and strengthening IT service desks.  He is dedicated to delivering high-quality support services that prioritize the user experience.
 
Fred is also a diehard Eagles fan (Go Birds!) and is often the loudest voice in the room during games.  He has been married for over 30 years, is the proud father of two adult sons, and has two amazing grandsons.  When he's not at work, Fred enjoys spending time with his family and directing plays for his local community theater.
