How Much Does IT Support Cost?
Curious about how much it will cost to outsource your IT solutions? It’s more affordable than you might think!
Because our processes are standardized, we’ve got our workflows as streamlined and efficient as possible. Our team members have an average tenure of around eight years, so we’ve gotten pretty good at what we do if we do say so ourselves.
On average, you can count on our on-demand IT support solutions costing between $150-$200 per person, per month. Does that mean every employee needs to be covered? No. Give us a call or send us a message for a 30-minute conversation to determine exactly how much you can expect to spend.
So what influences the cost?
The biggest dependency is the complexity of your technology needs. If you’re highly dependent on remote access, use a large number of computers, or have demanding security requirements, you’ll be on the higher side. One of the largest influences to your cost will be the number of people utilizing your network.
How can I get the biggest bang for my buck?
Your biggest return on investment will come from using cloud technology. If you’re not already using the cloud as either a backup or for remote access, let’s talk about how we can help you do that. Switching to cloud hosting can add to the cost of IT solutions, but it’s more than made up for in employee productivity, little-to-no downtime due to server or computer problems, and the ability to work from anywhere.
Where could I see additional costs?
Office 365, security add-ons, and additional compliance or governance requirements can add to the monthly cost of Christo IT’s services, but not by much. On average, these things can cost an extra $5-$50 per person, per month. If you’re running a complex legal program and want to host that in the cloud, that could cost a few hundred dollars more per month. VOIP systems are also additional, and Hardware as a Service usually ranges from $25-$50 per person, per month.
All our other services, however, are included. To get a firm number, just give us a call. We promise not to spam you if our solutions don’t work for you.
Is it truly a flat rate?
Yes, and it will stay that way unless you significantly change your business. Things like mergers and acquisitions, a move across town, or switching to significantly different software can switch things up. But, we’ll always let you know ahead of time if a project will be an additional cost.
How do I transfer from my existing provider?
This is a much easier process than you’d think. This usually consists of a simple Q&A session either by phone or in person, and we can start supporting you immediately.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes. We always have three engineers on call at all times. Because of that, we’re able to work with companies with branch offices worldwide.
