Level II Engineer
From childhood tinkering with every gadget he could get his hands on, to building his first desktop in 2008, Nick’s passion for problem solving has been a constant since childhood. He had a brief dream of being a mechanical engineer, which gave way to the deep rabbit hole of technology after taking a computer science class in high school.
This ignited a new passion that led him to pursue, and ultimately refine, his technical skills that have led him through over 15 years of technical service. Nick has honed his customer-driven approach across diverse environments. Among which are the six years in retail tech that sharpened his communication skills and service driven mindset. After that came more than seven years supporting one of Pennsylvania’s largest school districts. Over time this made Nick a go-to resource for teachers and students navigating daily tech challenges.
When he’s not helping other people with their technology, Nick can be found winding down PA backroads in his cars or motorcycle. Then when at home, arguing with his own bleeding edge hardware when PC gaming. Or occasionally building skills with his growing homelab whether it be leaning how to utilize a local LLM, or figuring out how to create a personal cloud.
