Level II Engineer
Eric’s passion for technology started in childhood, sparked by curiosity (and a few accidental mishaps) while tinkering with the family’s Compaq Presario 5000. That early interest turned into a reliable knack for solving tech issues—he quickly became the go-to support for family and friends. While studying Digital Communication in college, Eric developed a strong interest in video production, blending creativity with technology. His first professional role was as a service and repair technician for Sprint, where he gained hands-on experience with customer support and hardware troubleshooting. Eventually, his interest in protecting systems and data led him to earn a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity.
Eric brings a well-rounded background to the team, combining technical skill with a strong sense of customer service and communication. A lifelong musician, Eric played in bands throughout the years and still enjoys sitting behind the drum kit whenever he gets the chance. Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his family, playing video games with his kids, and unwinding with a good book or movie.
