Doug's love for technology started as a child when he was told to fix the family computer (that he broke in the first place). This set Doug down his career in IT across the chemical, healthcare, and finance industries. Over the years he's refined his skills in order to provide top-notch support and customer service. Doug is CompTIA A+ certified and currently working to complete his Network+ and Security+ certifications.

In Doug's downtime he loves cooking, hiking, and playing board games with his friends and family. Having just moved from Florida, he has been enjoying exploring the greater Philadelphia area.
