Account Manager

Eric has worked in a Sales/Customer Service capacity for the last 19 years.   During that time Eric supported healthcare organizations in the public, as well as the US federal government sectors to improve patient safety and streamline the process of purchasing capital medical equipment as well as supplies.  Eric has extensive experience onboarding new customers and conducting quarterly business reviews to enhance the customer experience, and utilization. 
 
Eric a native of Philadelphia, he graduated from Gettysburg College with a BA in Cultural Anthropology, and spent a month in Mongolia conducting archaeological field research in the Gobi dessert.  He also an avid gardener and Dungeons & Dragons player.
