Service Manager
Frank spent the first half of his career working as metal fabricator and as a landscaper. He attained his pesticide certification in lawn and turf, trees and shrubs, and aquatics. As a foreman then head foreman Frank managed teams and job sites. This is where Frank’s desire to deliver world-class service started. Ensuring that the jobs were up to the clients’ satisfaction. Frank was always interested in technology and after he closed his business a friend offered him a job in IT. He took part in a joint development project with Microsoft prior to the release of Windows XP. Over the years since he has managed service desks, desktop engineers, and production support developers. He has his ITIL foundation and a few management certificates including conflict negotiations and principles of management. Frank has been managing people and systems and providing world class customer service for most of his career and for the last 20 years in IT.
Outside of work you can find Frank in his garage working on his 1972 Ranchero project car or building or fixing things. He loves nature and the environment and enjoys spending time learning about it.
