NO GRETA GATEKEEPERS
Greta is your typical gatekeeper with a quirky personality. She answers the phones all day long. Takes written messages and files tickets for the engineers. Good luck getting through to the people that you need to talk to! Oh, and that written message you left with her? Yeah – it’s on a sticky note that she forgot to pass it along, and she’s out on vacation this week.
NO DONNY DELAYS
Donny Delay is always everyone’s least favorite person when dealing with an IT department. He wastes just as much of your time as he wastes his own. He’s going to ignore your tickets. He’s going to stall you out. He can run some basic tests, but never really present any solutions. Donny is the first line of defense that holds you from getting your tickets escalated to someone who actually knows how to fix your problems.
NO TOMMY TRYHARDS
Tommy is a really good guy. He’s young, fresh out of college, and has all of the energy he needs to succeed as an IT professional. The only problem is that Tommy’s knowledge is limited to what the classroom has taught him. He doesn’t know everything, but he’s going to try his darnedest to fix your issue.
NO ROBBIE THE ROBOTS
Robbie is consistent.....SOOOO consistent. He is going to get your answer, as long as it is in his script in front of him. He likes to read, everything....slowly....until you say STOP!!!! or ESCALATE!!!!! Unfortunately Robbie doesn't do well with change, or surprises, or REAL LIFE SITUATIONS - This tends to "DOES NOT COMPUTE" with him.
NO LEAKY LARRYS
Larry is a really friendly guy, and VERY trusting. Maybe a little bit TOO trusting. He is always willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt. He’s also a bit of a Klutz, always leaving important information lying around. Larry loves convenience, and has everything ready to go at a moment's notice. He's never afraid that someone might use his "conveniences" as methods for "evil". Larry LOVES sticky notes, he uses them everywhere!!! Maybe Larry should use a little bit better judgement.
